Position responsibilities:
- Prospect, build and maintain relationships with referral partners such as realtors, builders, bankers
- Maintain strong knowledge of all available loan programs and guidelines
- Maintain a winning and resilient attitude
- Converting sales leads into funded mortgage volume
- Comfortable with high daily talk times
- Accurately entering applicant information into our loan origination system
- Following up with prospective clients on a daily basis
- Assisting borrowers in gathering required documents
- Meet and exceed various production goals
- Maintain proper requirements for licensing and insurance
- Maintain regular contact with prospects throughout entire process
- Accurately assess applicant qualifications for various mortgage lending programs
