We are currently only hiring existing employee referrals. However, once our company’s quickly growing demand outpaces our supply of referrals, we will start to consider non referrals if they show extraordinary qualities that are pertinent to the position of interest. Position responsibilities:
- Maintain strong knowledge of all available loan programs
- Maintain a winning and resilient attitude
- Processing mortgage loans through completion
- Accurately entering applicant information into our loan origination system
- Assisting borrowers in gathering required documents
- Maintain proper requirements for licensing
- Primary point of contact with prospects throughout entire process
- Accurately assess applicant qualifications for various mortgage lending programs
- Coordinate loan closings
- Any other duties determined at any time by management

- Candidate must have comprehensive loan processor experience
- Must have prior sales experience
